The Mogenson Building was originally built to house spin-off companies that developed out of Western University, and has remained at full occupancy since its inception. Today, it is home to a number of tenants in the life sciences, digital media, and technology industry, including WORLDiscoveries, the business development arm of Western University, Robart’s Research Institute, and Lawson Health Research Institute that is dedicated to helping researchers and local inventors commercialize their discoveries through licensing and new company spin-offs.
