Access to Real Estate

Access to innovation is one of the reasons why the Research Park is home to a growing cluster of companies and researchers that share a passion for innovation.

Our two Campus locations are home to over 50 organizations, a combined workforce of over 2,000 people, and an innovation infrastructure that includes nearly 500,000 square feet of existing space and over 100 acres of available build-to-suit land.

The London Campus

The 50 acre London Campus is adjacent to the University of Western Ontario and is in close proximity to major hospitals and health institutes. Tenants of the London Campus include the National Research Council - Integrated Manufacturing and Technology Institute (NRC-IMTI), the Stiller Centre for Biotechnology Commercialization, the Windermere Manor Conference Centre and Café, and over 30 start-up ventures, established technology firms, and non-profit groups.

The Sarnia-Lambton Campus

The 80 acre Sarnia-Lambton Campus is adjacent to Lambton College, and is located in the industrial heartland of Southwestern Ontario, home to significant industrial, agricultural and bio-industrial resources and a major gateway to the U.S. market. Tenants of the Sarnia-Lambton Campus include some of the regions largest and fastest growing employers, and key community organizations, including Colt Engineering, the NCO Group, and the Family Counseling Centre.
